Alex started his career in sound as a recording engineer at a busy music studio in Birmingham, before joining our media operations team in 2018. After a short stint away, he returned as a Dubbing Mixer in 2021. Alex loves working with people and has earned a reputation within the department as a strong team player who gets stuck in to all aspects of a project whether mixing, sound editing, voice or Foley recording. Alex enjoys the wide variety of genres and challenges that come through our doors, with his background in music production greatly influencing his creative approach. In 2024 Alex was part of the Films at 59 Sound Team winning a Broadcast Technology and Innovation excellence in Audio Post Production (Non Scripted) award for their work on D-Day The Unheard Tapes.
