Runners
We make it our business to develop new talent. As a Runner you will be an integral part of our client services team, ensuring we deliver the best experience to our clients. Whether providing refreshments, delivering kit or working front of house you will bring positivity, enthusiasm and flexibility to a varied role that will be the springboard to a future in TV and beyond.
Media Operators
As creative workflows continue to evolve, our vision is to ensure that we remain on the cutting edge of innovation and efficiency in the way we ingest, manage and export media. Our dedicated Media Operators are committed to providing the highest level of service and quality to our clients and to meeting the demands of broadcast and feature film delivery.

Working with schools, local educational partners and the wider community Films Futures has been established to promote our industry by encouraging and nurturing the next generation of programme makers whatever their background.
Our programme will seek promote wider access to our industry through a series of open days at our facilities in Bristol. Our industry experts will introduce their roles and share their expertise through hands on kit demos with our camera rental team, creative workshops from our award-winning sound and vision departments and contributions from our production management team.
Our post 18, further and higher education provision provides opportunities for those looking for a pathway into our industry through a mixture of mentoring schemes and work experience as well as practical help, support and guidance for short films and projects.
For those with industry experience looking for support to realise their ambitions we again can offer practical help, support and guidance that can be tailored to your specific needs.
Camera Rental and Post Production is an exciting, fast-moving industry and we hope to inspire future talent in all areas of the business. Whether your interests are technical, operational, organisational or creative there is a role for you!
