Aled, Lighting Cameraman / DOP, studied Photography and Film at Plymouth College of Art and Design. He first worked as a photojournalist, specialising in conflicts. In 1992, he returned to Wales to train as a cameraman with Agenda TV and has been freelance since 1997.
Aled has over 15 years experience working on all types of network programmes, including drama, documentaries, arts, children and current affairs. He has worked in all environments, enjoying the most inhospitable of locations, from the rainforests of Madascar to Gordon Ramsey’s kitchen in New York! Aled enjoys working creatively in a group but also works well directing his own work and using his own initiative.
